Purchase one of our fantastic mattresses that has the 100 Night Trail Period if you decide that the mattress is not quote as Hard or Soft as your required we will collect the mattress and send you another mattress that suits you.

Choices will be :-

If you purchase The Oak Natural Coir Mattress this being our firmest mattress, if its to firm you can swap it for The Maple Natural Coir Mattress

If you purchase The Maple Natural Coir Mattress and you find it to soft you can swap it for The Oak Natural Coir Mattress

If you Purchase The Maple Natural Coir Mattress and you find it to Hard you can swap it for The Walnut Natural Coir Mattress

If you purchase The Walnut Natural Coir Mattress and you find it to soft you can swap it for The Maple Natural Coir Mattress

Please be aware their are costs involved, we produce quality mattresses that has expensive fillings inside no cheap foams are used, the only way other internet companies can afford to collect the mattresses for their ridiculously long  trail periods is that the cost of the mattress is 10% of the original price and built into there profit margins. These mattresses are collected and given to charity shops to resell.

Our Mattresses once returned will be striped of the cotton covers and the lambswool leaving the Core of the mattress to be rebuilt. As the fillings of our mattress will last for well over the 15 year guarantee and the client will know if the mattress is too hard or soft within minuets of laying on them.


The cost if you choose to swap it for another Natural Coir Mattress will be the delivery cost this will be different to your delivery address and if this is something that your interested in we can advise you of the price before any order is place or money has been charged.
